Book restaurants and a hotel dinner in Japanese
Muse booked every restaurant for a Japan trip and went back and forth in Japanese with the Hakone hotel to secure a dinner slot not on the website.
What they did
Muse received the Japan trip details and was tasked with handling all restaurant bookings. It made the reservations on its own across multiple sites, then exchanged messages in Japanese directly with the Hakone hotel to request and confirm a dinner slot that did not appear on the hotel website. The agent switched between booking tools and communication channels without further input.
How it went
Every restaurant reservation was completed. The off-menu dinner slot was secured through the hotel exchange.
